  Classification

  The KT plate can be divided into cold composite and hot composite from the more mature production processes. The products produced by these two different processes are called(cold composite board) cold plate and(hot composite board) hot plate. The production process of the cold plate is first to make the core foaming, but because the cold plate is mostly a single-layer core, double foaming is required. The first foaming thickness is generally about 3 mm, and after half a month of ripening, the second foaming is performed., Place the core on the device and bubble to about 5 mm. After the second bubble, you can directly glue it. But here's the problem. Cold boards often bubble. Why? Because the ripening period of the plate core is too short, there is a problem with the neutral glue or there is a fault with the coating. After the plate is formed, there is direct solar or ultraviolet light.

  The production process of the hot plate is first to bubble the PS particles into a core of about 2 mm through the equipment. At this time, the core of the plate is placed at room temperature for about half a month and then discharge the exhaust gas of the core, followed by the surface. It is a device at the same time put two large volumes of stretched PS surface and two large rolled core, through the device's mold they are fused together to form a whole plate. Finally, when the whole package is made up of a certain length of plate on the equipment, the production is completed. However, the hot plate also has a reason for bubbling. The ripening period of the core is short, the PS surface on the surface is too thin, and the glue on the back of the screen is too thin.

  The reaction with the PS surface is caused by these three reasons.

  Cold board

  The first is core foaming: the raw material is PS particles, but because the cold plate is mostly a single-layer core, double foaming is required. The first foaming thickness is generally about 3.5 mm. After half a month of ripening, the second foaming is performed., Place the core on the device and bubble to about 5.0-5 .2 mm. After the second foam, it can be applied directly. Then paste the dough: The base material of the dough is PVC, usually 0.08 m-0 .1 mm, the small plate of 0.9 × 2.4 is now mostly 0.08-0.1 mm dough, and the large plate of 1.2 × 2.4 is generally 0.16 mm dough. To strengthen the stiffness of the plate, because the surface is PVC, The core is a PS material, so the selection must be neutral glue, glue in the face and the core at the same time coated glue to paste each other, paste through the flat plate hydraulic press(more than 10 tons) squeeze, more than 24 hours before taking out the cutting edge to repair the packaging shipping. Foam: face and plate core bubble, the reason analysis 1, plate core ripening period is too short; 2, the neutral glue has a problem or the glue has a fault; 3, after the board is formed, there is direct sun or ultraviolet light. Common bubbling is due to thin skin, bubble after direct sunlight, photo screen and face skin rarely bubble, theoretically analyzed is not easy to bubble.

  Hot plate

  1, through the equipment to foam PS particles into 2.5 mm-3.0 mm core(a bubble), at this time the core is a coil, usually 500 meters, at this time the core to store half a month at room temperature(ripening period), To release some of the exhaust gas from the core.

  2, paste

  At the same time, the device puts two large volumes of stretched PS surface and two large rolled core, and allows him to fuse and paste together to form a whole plate. The thickness of the skin is about 0.01 M.

  3, the entire package

  When the board is affixed to the equipment, it is cut into 2.4 m long, cut down and then repaired, and the entire board of 0.9 × 2.4 is packaged and shipped.

  From the above, we understand that the KT plate can be roughly divided into two types: cold plate and hot plate. Most of the cold plate passes through a single-layer core, and the hot plate is formed by foaming the PS particles into a 2.5 mm-3.0 mm core.
